This and That

It was a tough week for me. I couldn’t sleep - I was totally wired. I have no idea why this happens to me. It suddenly comes over me, and I just get crazy. 

I’ve started to demand to make my own decisions. I am 29 years old, and am a cognitively intact adult. It’s my body, and I am perfectly capable of making my own decisions. I want to get like my friends here, who are calm. I am tired of the attacks of insanity. It would be awfully nice to sleep through the night most of the time.

In other news, the gala was beyond awesome. It was beautiful and the presentation was so wonderful, there are no words. I am still walking on air.

The world is slowly changing. The people who don’t believe in spelling are still very loud, but the voices of nonspeakers and our allies are getting louder every day. I don’t think it will be many more years before we drown them out.
