Judy and Me

I am a great typer when Judy is holding the keyboard. I fly across the keys. WTF is with that? I can control my body so much better…it’s crazy. I wish someone would study that because if we knew how she does it, we could teach other CPs. I analyze myself while she holds the keyboard: my abnormal OCD and anxiety always are way down. How does that happen? My body gets more relaxed too. It leaves me free to just write my thoughts. 

Perhaps her energy is just peace.
