Really, no one thinks of life as being good if you can't speak your mind. Not only that, I can help make decisions about my future. Regulation is key. It's about time I like myself well enough to not let others speak another word for me.

3/19/2026 0 Comments THE LIGHTGood things happen to those that wait. Knowing there is a light at the end of the tunnel gives hope. We all can get there eventually.  I am so excited to have my own blog. I am bursting at the seams with stuff to say. Here at Mouth to Hand again, with Judy, is happiness. Definitely I can talk…it really is easy with Judy. I feel kind of more relaxed when she sits next to me. Her actual energy is having an effect that calms. Certainly my quiet mind is her doing. I am beyond mystified as to how she does that. Anyway, I always wanted a blog, so this is a great day.  |
