But those of us who want to be cured have the right to demand the research necessary to cure us.&nbsp;I find that I become angry when I think about this. I had never talked to anyone, including my brother, Trevor, who also could not talk back then.&nbsp; I had no hope for a meaningful life, no friends, no education.
